Today, in FaS Blog, we areeeee going to make an absolutely refreshing summer recipe. Actually it’s a drink with full of flavors.

All I did is grind mint leaves with some Indian Masalas and pour it with soda to a tall glass. Of course, this would be delicious treat to any of your guest in this scorching heat. AND, I think this is one of great summer recipe that i drool over! But you know, the ideas are endless!

All i can say issss, .. . Serve with ice cubes and a few fresh mint leaves, and you will  have yourself an awesome treat in just a matter of minutes.

Let’s sneak peak into ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup of mint leaves
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp jeera powder
½ tsp salt
2 -3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water

INSTRUCTION

1. In a mixer jar add ¾ cup of mint leaves, ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp black salt, ½ tsp jeera powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp water and grind it together.

2. Empty the a little amount of paste in a mini bowl or shot glass! Place a glass in a bowl and add about 200ml of soda in it.

3. Drop the container with the mint paste in the glass and enjoyyyyy!

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
