Wasting no time, so here is the recipe!
BAKED CHOCOLATE TARTS

INGREDIENTS
For Crust,
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour.
6 tablespoons ( 3/4 stick or 85g ) butter.
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
a pinch of salt
For Ganche,
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream.
100 gram dark chocolate.
Tip: You can use any sprinkles of your choice for decorating. I used white chocochips as a topping in tart.
To make the crust : In a bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Melt the butter and add them to the flour mixture while kneading. Continue to mix with ice cold water until it is all worked into the dry ingredients, and the mixture looks like slightly clumpy sand. Add more water only if needed to bring the dough into a ball.
*Wrap in cling wrap and chill for at least 20 to 30 minutes until firm enough to roll.*Remove it from the bowl and divide it into six equal portions.
How to Bake?
1. With the help of a rolling pin, flattened the portions slightly longer than the pans.
2. Carefully lift the rolled dough into your tart pan and press it into edges and side. Allow any extra dough to hang over the sides, and either run your rolling pin over the edges to remove it, or cut it off with a sharp knife. If any cracks are visible, press a bit of the excess dough into it. *Same goes for all the 6 Tarts.

3. Preheat the oven to 375F. Poke the crust 3-4 times with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove it from the oven. As soon as you see bottom crust turns golden brown. (Your tarts are conpletely baked) Remove it from the pan and cool completely before filling. The crust can be frozen for up to two weeks if wrapped well.
To make the filling : In a medium heatproof bowl, place chopped bittersweet chocolate. Set aside. In a small sauce pan boil water in high flame and place the bowl over it. Pour the heavy cream and using a spatula, stir mixture until melted and smooth. Pour mixture over chilled tart and refrigerate until set, atleast 30 minutes.
And your delicious tarts are ready! Now Go and Grab the first bite.

If you are looking for a healthier and easier version of it. Let’s do the next recipe.
NO BAKE -CHOCOLATE TART

This easy no bake chocolate tart is made from simple marie crust and rich chocolate ganache filling. Without a shadow of doubt, this are no lesser in creamy taste than the previous ones.And guess what? I made this tarts for the 3rd time. So, now you can imagine my love for the desserts XD
Let’s go through the ingredients first,
* 1 packet of marie gold
* 4 teaspoon of oil
* 2-3 tbsp of milk
* 40g shelled pistachios/almonds, chopped
To make the crust, using a food processor, blend marie/oreo cookies until the texture of coarse meal or crumbs. Combine the mixture with oil and milk, blend until well combine. Place the mixture into a regular round tart pan and press onto the bottom and up the sides evenly. Freeze the crust whilst preparing the chocolate filling
PRO TIP: A secret for tart pan is using a circle mould and steel plate.
In a medium saucepan, bring cream to the boil. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then stir until dissolved.
Pour chocolate filling over oreo/marie crust.To assemble the tart, spoon chocolate ganache into tart and swirl with the back of a spoon into an even layer.

Decorate with some chopped oreo cookies and chocolate chips. Same goes for the marie crust pour the filling and top with nuts or pistachios.
Place tart pan in the refrigerator for at least one hour to harden.
Serve and enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for one week.
This is already a -fascinating looking tart, but you can upgrade it by adding garnishes on top like
strawberry or caramel or chopped toasted nuts in the bottom.
