October has almost come to an end. Time flies, indeed! One of my favourite things about the second half of the year is the good weather & the fun Indian festivals that are lined up. Festivals are all about celebration with our loved ones. So, here are two easy peasy drink recipes to carry on and enjoy the festivities.

Ice cream floats; as the name implies this drink has soda which usually come from soft drink and ice cream. It is very old recipe of my favourite party drink and most importantly so easy to make.

Perfect for an party treat or on a HOT Saturday afternoon. It is good anytime. We all just love it! Despite the fact that I don’t know how many times I have made it in home. I mean it’s uncountable!

Now we are experimenting with different types of floats and it’s so much fun! This would also be a great idea for a family gathering or bunch of people. You could have all sorts of different soda and ice cream. I think people would love making their own float. Set out a bunch of cups and everyone can just make what they prefer. That’s fun!


We love black soft drinks at our house and we LOVE ice cream even more. So,why not put them together? Ever wondered? Would it make a delicious ice cream float recipe? It absolutely did!

This Black Ice Cream Float is a favorite around here! You are going to love it! This Float is so quick and and easy! You will wonder why you didn’t make it sooner. Yum! It’s the best combination ever.

You only need 3 ingredients – A Bottle of thumps up/coke, Hershey’s chocolate syrup and some vanilla ice cream.

All I did is add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to our cup and pour over thumps up drink accordingly. Of course, this would be delicious with any of the flavors… I am thinking chocolate syrup would be wonderful! The ideas are endless.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle chocolate syrup and straw and you have yourself a fun treat in just a matter of minutes.

Pineapple Ice cream float recipe is such a fancy drink and I love how you can enjoy the flavor of an ice cream and pineapple with any soda of your choice. And the best part is soda with vanilla ice cream can never go wrong with. Definitely missing those cafe vibes. so, I bought it here.

We were actually lazy that afternoon and it didn’t take much work to get me out of the bed and make this fancy ice cream floats. And also, everyone was eager to try the ice cream float. It came out so wonderfully that every single person loved it and asked for more! It’s rare everyone likes the same thing around yk. But we are all fans of ice cream floats. They are just so yummy!

Ingredients you need.

Making frosty ice cream floats is really easy. Just pour a bit of pineapple crush, vanilla ice cream and soda. Pour crush in the bottom of a tall milkshake glass. Cover with soda or  generous scoops of vanilla ice cream. I love it when the ice cream starts foaming up! It looks so darn festive.

1. Pour 3-4 tablespoon of pineapple crush in a tall milkshake glass and now add in some sprite or soda of your choice.

2.Next, add in a scoop of vanilla ice cream and place a straw or stirrer.

And your drink is ready!

The next time you have some friends over, grab some pineapple crush and soda for an approved dessert! Everyone will love these ice cream floats.


• Stir the drink well before having it!
• You can also use and lime drink instead of soda. It will also be a great one.
