Anyway, first things first, starting off with today’s RECIPE, we have Ramen recipe for the first time in FaS blog. Oh yes, though it is not a traditional combination, trust me, you will get addicted to it after just one bite. Yes, you heard me right! It’s the best Korean Ramen recipe I’ve ever come across.

Wasting no time, let’s begin with the recipe>>


2 packets Ramen 

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon garlic cloves (finely chopped)

¼ cup of mayonnaise

⅔ cup of sweet corn

1 tablespoon chili flakes

1 tablespoon seasoning powder

A pinch of black pepper

2 cups full fat milk

¼ cup grated cheese

Salt, to taste

Sprig onions to garnish


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Keep the flame to low to medium. Add chopped garlic. Sauté for a minute.

2. Then add ¼ cup of mayonnaise. Mix well. Stir fry on medium to high flame for 1 -2 minutes.

3. Lower the flame and then add ⅔ cup of sweet corn. Season with black pepper powder, seasonings, chili flakes and salt as per taste. 

4.  Now, add 2 cups of milk. And add in 2 packets of ramen When the milk starts to thicken and bubble, add the spicy powythat comes with the ramen. You can also add your green onions and let it boil for about 4 -5 minutes.

5. Lastly, switch off the stove, top your noodles with your slice of cheese or grated cheese and cover it with a lid.

6. And you can see your CHEESY KOREAN RAMEN is ready in no less than 15 minutes. Garnish it with some chopped spring onions. And wallah! It looks so beautiful and tempting!
