What an incredible journey it’s been! Two amazing years of exploring beautiful destinations, trying new cuisines and creating some interesting DIYs.
Last -to- last year, I officially launched Freeze a Second. Never would I ever thought, I would start something like this. I didn’t think I had the time. The energy. Or the technical knowledge to be able to figure it all out (and still trying to figure it out every other day, phewww)
But I’m SOSOSO glad that I took the leap and connected with something which I liked the most. I love learning. I love curating and swapping recipes. And I love hearing your pain points, ’cause lord knows y’all hear enough about mine XD

It all started with a rather cringy thing. Just because I made the website and invested a lot of money in it, or for whatever reason it maybe. I’ve been posting numerous BLOGS with different cuisines around the world and obsessing over one after another ever since. And… I don’t think I’ll be stopping any time soon.
Well, it’s about 100 weeks, since my blog went live and I almost CAN’T believe my little corner of the internet has been with me for this long. From all life’s ups and downs, from motivations to backing offf, from curating dish to failing in experiments, and what not, this blog has seen it all.
I remember like it was yesterday when I hit the launch button. Back in 2020, when I published the first post, I never could’ve imagined the blog would evolve into what it is today… 45 blogs since then, no repetition, hundreds of pictures, thousands of hours. Unlimited long nights. And few collaboration offers. That’s it.
The only thing I am proud of – I have worked hard for the BLOG and poured all my heart in it.

A huge thank you to my family, my home for everything! It wouldn’t be the same without ’em. Thanks to friends/siblings who have always supported me. And of course to all the lovely people out there, who read my words, bake my recipes and share their love for all the things.
So THANK YOU. Thank you a million times over. Thank you for reading and relating to my blog posts, supporting my content, interacting with me on social, and dropping a note when y’all are loving something. These are the little pieces that keep me going! Life is busy and continues to get busier. But I vow to keep learning and keep improving, so that Freezeasecond can further be improved in the long run.
I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way and for all the people I’ve connected with.
